Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how hellodivorce.it.com (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit this site or download our free guide. We keep the site deliberately simple, and we collect as little as possible.
The short version
- You can download the guide without giving us your name, email, or payment details.
- We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
- We do not ask you for details about your marriage, your family, or your case.
Information we collect
Information you give us. The only place you can submit information is the optional email opt-in box. If you use it, we receive the email address you type and the fact that it came from this page. If you never use it, we never receive anything from you.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of your request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
Advertising and analytics. We advertise this guide, so this site may load measurement tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and, where used, Meta. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure whether an ad led to a download. They may process your IP address and device information under their own privacy policies. We use this only to count downloads and measure advertising — never to build a profile of your personal situation.
What we do not collect
- No account, no password, no payment information.
- No details about your divorce, your finances, your children, or your spouse. Anything you write in the workbook stays on your own device or on your own paper.
- No sensitive categories of personal information as defined by U.S. state privacy laws.
How we use information
- To deliver the guide and keep the site available and secure.
- To measure how many people download the guide and which ads work.
- To send you an occasional email, only if you asked us to.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense used by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do use service providers — hosting, email delivery, and the advertising and analytics services named above — who process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
The site itself does not require cookies to work. Any cookies present come from the analytics or advertising tools described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Blocking them will not affect your ability to download the guide.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we collect so little, in most cases the only information we hold is an email address you chose to give us.
To make a request, or to unsubscribe, email hello@hellodivorce.it.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Retention
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider for security purposes.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive documents or case details by email.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
